life’s terroir

/terˈwär/

Terrior, loosely defined as the influence of terrain, soil, climate, geography, and other variables have on flavor, is a french term most often associated with wine. That’s why the same grape taste different at each vineyard, and each year the wine from the same grapes will taste different than the year before.

Our events are centered around the terroir of life in the Pacific Northwest—from intimate culinary experiences exploring tantalizing flavors with our favorite local chefs and winemakers to the exploration of our wild lands, rivers, and rainforests.

Come break bread with us, make new friends, and explore new places. You won’t regret it.
